Imagine how fast your practitioner can identify the causes of your food allergies if you provided her with an easy-to-read report detailing all of your symptoms and your current eating habits. This efficient diagnosis can lead to efficient treatment and, hopefully, permanent freedom from food allergies!.

Whether you choose to use our service (which of course we would prefer!) or another service of your choice, make sure to get control of your allergies by identifying and tracking how you feel in relation to what you to you eat.

Why is this important? Because if you don't, you will never fully be able to construct and maintain a nutrition lifestyle that is ideal for your health needs.

Additionally, tracking is important for producing quality information that you can use to determine the best course of action with the help of your health professional. Imagine how fast your practitioner can identify the causes of your food allergies if you provided her with an easy-to- read report detailing all of your symptoms and your current eating habits. This efficient diagnosis can lead to efficient treatment and, hopefully, a relief of your symptoms.

But, most importantly, identifying and tracking can provide the tools for change. Sounds too simple, doesnt it? The process is straightforward and easy to do.

How to Track Food Allergies

So, how do you get started? Try the Nutrispot Method:

Start by recording what you eat on a daily basis. Again, while we prefer that you use Nutrispot, we advocate you use any system that will help you get healthy. If you are using the Nutrispot Allergy Tracker, once you have entered in the foods that you have eaten, begin the one-step process of associating symptoms you feel as a result of eating a meal.

This is critical. Don't try to pick and choose the foods within a meal that are causing you problems, let the Nutrispot Allergy Tracker do that for you.

Record how you feel and what you ate.

We recommend a minimum of 30 days of tracking in order to surface potential food allergies. After about a month, print out your Food Allergy Report and present it to your health care practitioner. IOnce you have eliminated the foods identified as problem foods, stick to this elimination for at least another 30 days. Keep recording what you eat and how you feel during your elimination period. After these 30 days, ask the Nutrispot system to run you a comparison report of your first month and the elimination month. We promise you will see the difference and feel the difference. Whenever you are tempted to eat foods that you are allergic to, look at this report and remind yourself how much better you feel when you don't eat foods that you are allergic to! Then, share your story with Our Community and work with other similar individuals to stay on track and live a life food allergy free!
