What Do I Need To Get Started?

The first things you need are some determination and some commitment. Some other items that will help are some time and measuring devices (cups, spoons, scale). In the beginning, it will take a few hours to get your account fully setup and completely customized. You can setup as you use Nutrispot, or you can do it all in one shot the minute you create an account. After a few weeks, entering your nutrition, exercise and health profile information will only take a few minutes each day.

Why Don't More People Use Tracking?

  1. Because it takes effort. It is not a miracle solution to weight loss or a cure-all for health problems. It requires time, commitment and energy. People who are ready to take control of their health are also ready to take the time to track what they eat, record how they exercise and monitor their health profile.
